During a 30-minute session you sit fully clothed on the EMSELLA chair. Electromagnetic energy makes the pelvic floor muscles contract thousands of times.
This strengthens the muscles that can become weaker after pregnancy, with age or through sports.
A course of six sessions is the standard, with maintenance when necessary.
